Egyptian Dance Monthly workshops

Service Description

A series of weekend workshops for those with some experience of the Raqs Sharqi style. In these workshops we will cover the beautiful and timeless dance styles from Sha'abi to classical Egyptian Dance. Taught by Rita Barker. Please note that I do not teach the generic Middle Eastern belly dance which is common today but the styles as taught to me by Suraya Hilal when she was living here in England. Each workshop is £20.00 for 2 hours and is bookable by emailing me with your details of previous experience and what you would like to achieve from the workshops. The first workshop will be Sunday February 9th 2025 at 12.30 - 2.30 pm. Baladi Style
