Service Description

This class is a pace especially geared to varying levels. If you are a beginner but have some experience of working with the body it will be suitable. The pace is an easy one building on firm foundations to familiarise you with the basic principals and techniques. You can bring your own mat but we do have Pilates mats here at the studios.
