Service Description

If you've always wanted to try ballet - here is your chance! this course. We start Wednesday 10th January 7.00 pm. A reasonable level of fitness is required but no dance experience is necessary. The class will include barre work, centre work with adage which is slower defined work on alignment of arms, legs and body, and some allegro (quicker ballet steps.)
