The workshop will progress from a full-
body movement warm-up, exploring isolations and grounding, to choreography that fuses fiery
Cuban rhythms with Salsa, Jazz, and Timba footwork.Â

Break-down
- - 30-minute warm-up with Body Movement practice, playing with grounding, isolations,
expansion, and intention when moving.
- - 1 hour choreography session, bringing together fiery salsa footwork, with fluid arm-
coordination and styling, shines, and turns.
