About the event
Inspired by Helen's unique style, this session will focus on the basics of body styling and footwork to develop sound technique, fostering grounding and confidence in the body, along with stylish and creative choreography. Dancers will be encouraged to discover their own flair and work intuitively within the technique.

Comprehensive body mechanics, such as grounding, isolations, and hip rotations
Fundamental rolls and waves
Essential steps in the style, including turning & spotting
